I write the program and try to input the signal from sound file .  I found the signal is very complicated . I want to use the wavelet denoise vi  to reduce the noise . But the denoised signal is not diversification . I don't know how to solve the problem . Who can give me some suggestion ?

You have very little noise compared to the sampling frequency. Most features are described by at least a handful of consecutive correlated points. It is up to you to define what's signal and what's noise. What is the origin of the noise? Is the noise relatively constant or does it change over time?
