Zeroing Output from Force Sensor

hello.  i am using a downloaded DAQFTGettingStarted.vi to output data from an ATI Multi-Axis Force/Torque Sensor (Mini45).  every time that i click run to collect data the starting value for the forces/torques is different.  i am looking to either zero the data by running the loop and then subtracting that first value from all subsequent values or to find out if there is a simple way to set the first value to zero automatically and then continue collecting data.  any suggestions?
