Thanks Norbert for the time you spend on this. The same behaviour can be seen if you acquire data from any DAQmx device. Since we use our measurement application during crucial long tem experiments to see something like this when the user resizes the window is a MAJOR problem. To wait for LV 2012 is really not an option for me here. I waited two years for the above posted bugs to be fixed and I do not have the luxory of waiting another half a year for major LV release!!!

In LV 2011, I still get the UI interrupted. I guess it's not as noticeable in my video as it is in yours but it is bad. I boiled down your example to just a Simulate Signal Express VI in a While Loop with a wait. There is no fix that I know of for 2011.
