Xy Graph Auto Scale Bug - Need AutoScale VI

I have another bug to report, I have come across more bugs in the past year than before.

This bug is present in all versions since 7.1 to the latest 8.5.

Here is the bug.

1. Create and Graph.
2. Make sure the X-Scale is set to Auto Scale.
3. Go to Properties and Choose "Formatting and Representation" and Choose Relative Time for X-Axis . Select HH:MM. 
4. Click OK
5. Now Set the scale to say 20 Hours. You Should see 10 Divisions of X-Axis
6. Right Click on the Graph and Select "Scale Object with Pane"
7. Maximize the VI now.
8. The Graph will scale nicely!!
9. Look at the X- Axis Scale. It is 20 Hours.
10. What happened to the 10 Divisions? It is one big Division of 20 Hours.!! Why?
11. Set the Scale to 10 Hours and all the divisions reappear!!
12. Restore the VI window to Previous and Now All divisions of the scale are gone.
13. This Behavior is random based on the size of the graph and Screen resolution.

Can someone suggest a VI that does Auto Scaling elegantly

I tried this out, and sure enough it was exactly as you described. This was reported to R&D (# 4CJF9DYT) for further investigation. Unfortunately I have not been able to figure out a way around this at the moment. Thanks for reporting it though!

I'm updating the bug report ID that is tracking this issue.  4CJF9DYT is actually incorrect.  This was reported to R&D (# 4CJFUMYT) for further investigation.  However, 4CJFUMYT was closed as a duplicate of 44DLSS7Q. So... This was reported to R&D (# 44DLSS7Q) for further investigation.
