Writing Files on PDA

I am trying to write files following a DAQ operation. What is the best way to do it. I noticed that the PDA module does not support VIs such as write to spreadsheet.vi etc..
can anyone suggest what is the best way to achieve this?
I tried the write file.vi but it keeps writing junk.

Attach your code. The write file.vi has not given me such problems.

I think if you use text file with comma separated values, Excel will be able to pick it up.

Thanks for the help. I figured that the data node of the write file.vi accepts only typecast of formatted data. When i was reading the help this was not clear to me as it said that it takes in the data directly. I was able to solve the problem by converting the data from binary to fractional string before writing it.
