Word Bookmark values to SQL

Hi,

I have created template.doc using bookmarks and pushing the data to microsoft word doc.

Is there a way to read

the report.doc and extract the bookmark values to LabVIEW?

Is that possible?

Are there any examples I can look at?

You should be able to use the ActiveX property _Document.Bookmarks(i).Range.Text to get the bookmark contents of an open document.

I usually open Word automation while using the Report Generation Toolkit (Word Specific -> Word Advanced -> Word Get ActiveX References). If you need to open the document manually there should be Activex routines for that as well.
