Windows server 2008 R2 installation NI-VISA error

I am having a problem installing Labview 8.6.1 for FIRST robotics (2011) on Windows Server 2008 R2.

I get 4 errors when installing NI-VISA, and they relate to 64 bit:

error 1722

* for 64 Bit Windows

and the * is:

NI-DIM

NI-MDBG

NI-MXDF

NI-ORB

I have found one older unresolved thread with the same problems, but it is not resolved of course. I think labview still works, but I do not want any problems when we deploy our code.
