No. CE cannot respond to about 20% of the system calls that LV makes.
CE is a big subset and can only run applications built for it.

Do you Greg McKaskle, or anybody else, know if NI have plans to port
LabView to CE? CE are gaining in popularity in embeded systems and a
LabView version for CE would be very nice. An alternative today is to
use Linux.

CE is being evaluated. As my email pointed out, a CE port is
actually more difficult than it might look; so it isn't something
that will happen overnight.
