Why does the error "Reinstallizing Fat 32 Drive Failure" occurs while fromatting an RT controller?

Hello,

When i am trying to fromat PXI 8176 RT controller which is having LVRT 7.1 using an Format Disk Drive Floppy. I got an error message  "Reinstallizing Fat 32 Drive Failure" during the formatting process. Does any body ever faced this problem can i get any suggestion regarding this problem
