Why can't change the state of light by this.

I want to change the light's state when click the light.
I have used the event structure, but it has no effect.
Is it the event's fault? Isn't it the case to use the "key down"event?
Thank you!

Try attaching your picture once more, the link seems bad. 😉

"Clicking" is a "mouse down" event, not a "key down" event. Have you tried a mouse down event instead?

(Key down is for using the keyboard.)

Of course the question is why do it this way???

Just right-click on your LED and select "change to control". Now you can operate it directly. (No local variable or event structure needed at all). 😄

What exactly are you trying to do? Maybe there is a much easier solution.
