Why can't I found Vision functions in Labview8 function panel after installing Ni Vision Develope Module 7.11 on win 2K?

Hello Guys,

  I tried to install NI Vision Develope Module 7.11 on win 2K after I installed Labview 8 PSD, but after I finished installation of Vision Develope Module 7.11 , I can not find any vision functions in function panel, can any body tell me why? Thanks.
