BRILLIANT!!! I appreciate yall's help! I am going to go in and uninstall all of the toolkits I had in 8.0 and reinstall so they go to 8.2.
This is one of those things that would be a nice pop-up window from NI saying something like "If you have had earlier versions of LV on this machine, please make sure you uninstall previous instances of this toolkit before proceeding".
Oh well... Thanks again. Now back to the good fight.
