What do I inlcude when building tcp socket exe.

I have an application the uses tcp/ip sockets to communicate with a Server. The exe works fine on a pc that has had LabView installed on it, but not on a pc that has only had the LabView 7.1 Runtime installed. There must be a dll missing or maybe I need to add a support module in the .bld?

maybe it's a firewall issue. what os is running on the computer without a LV installation? if its XP check the firewall settings of the network connection.
