LVDT measuring acceleration not position

LV_Pro,

I considerd using MAX but I had read that he made tasks earlier on and was frustrated because it wasn't working for him. So I tried to keep it as simple as possible. So once we validated that the measurement signals were not as expected and the issue was not software related we went into the hardware. I don't know what the current state of the issue is right now but I'm hoping he found out something that helped him.

Hello Gert-Jan, 

I still have not found anything that could help me. 

Right now, I am able to get measurements only if I make contact with the LVDT. Hence, the sensor is there but its not working correctly. 

The next step, which I hope I can do next week, is to use an external excitation source (a voltage source) to excite the LVDT sensor. I will keep on posting results and updates here.
