Wave timing Problem

Dear all,

I made this program and giving a peak in the amplitude by adding or subtracting the peak amount from the original amplitude.

The addition and subtraction of peak Amplitude has small amount of time and that timing, I am controlling with delay. As shown in the figure.

I add and subtract the from the Phase1,2,3 Amplitude and it work Perfectly but the Problem comes when I go beyond 150ms.

I can give the delay till 150ms and If I make it 100ms, 50ms or 10ms I cannot see it on the scope and the delay stays at the 150ms. Above 150ms it is ok and work fine.Like 200ms,250ms or 300ms.

What I do. I am confused. Need Help.

Is it because of the interface between the device and the PC?

I am using IEEE bus for interface.
