Hi Dudes 🙂
I just want to know if you guys know if Vaisala is compatible with labview? You might answer this question with a BIG yes, but how do I program it, should I select DAQ-assistant--and voltage or how do I do? Do you guys ever tried to this before? Any tips or links I should read first?
The WMT52 unit records velocity of wind and direction.
have a nice day :=)

That device has a serial interface, so yes, it can be programmed from LabVIEW. Don't know if any instrument drivers exist. You can check IDNET, but I doubt there would be any in there.
LabVIEW ships with examples on serial port programming. I'd suggest starting here: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4359

Thank you 🙂
I have also seen Vaisala WXT510, and it seems like there is a driver to this model? right? And it must also be a kind of plug and play.

Yes, there is a driver for the WXT510, but I have no idea whether the command protocol is the same as for your device. You would need to look at the programming manual for both to see.
