Hi Kieran,

I only started a new thread as no one replied to my previous one after a few days.

You can easily bring back your thread into live when you post a new message within this thread!

("After a few days" your thread will move from the first page of threads in the LabVIEW forum to 2nd, 3rd or even later page and so get out of sight. I mostly look at the 1st/2nd page of threads…)

Keep in mind for forum usage:

  • Keep related messages in one thread. Cluttering into several threads does not give better answers…
  • You may bring back your thread onto 1st page by posting new messages within the thread. But avoid begging for attention too often as we all are volunteers in this forum, providing help in our spare time! Sometimes you might need to wait for one or two days, especially on weekends…
  • When you start a new thread it might be helpful to include a link to an older discussion to provide additional information…
  • There is a guide on forum usage recommendations
Best regards,
GerdW
