VI failed to compile

VI failed to compile

Hello, I am working on a project entailing the implementation of a six-phase machine. The VI refuses to compile and I am told that the error is " the subsystem has one or more terminals with illegal names, including leading or trailing whitespace. Please fix the following terminal names Is_alpha, Is_beta ". I have tried fixing the error in vain. 

Please would you mind looking at my file and letting me know if you find anything that could help?
