VI Loaded in SubPanel ActiveX Controls Disappear or Controls do NOT Update

A VI that worked flawlessly for years while loaded in a subPanel suddenly has ActiveX controls diappear or go blank and other native LabVIEW controls fail to update properly.

This frustrating problem had me run in circles for days.

Reason Was:

LabVIEW VI was Corrupted. How? Hard to tell.

Fix:

-- Copy block diagram via SELECT ALL

-- Open new VI

-- Paste

--- Clean up whatever needs to be cleaned-up

Voila.  FIXED!!!
