VI Library Manager Question

I seem to be missing something when trying to access the VI library
Manager in LV6i.

According to the help dialog, this shoud be located under the tools
menu. It is not, in either the block or front panel. I find the "Edit
VI library" there but not the Library Manager.

I suspect I am simply missing a step but have not figured out what
that might be. Was this an option to be installed and somehow I missed
it when I installed Labview ?

A pointer or two would be appreciated.

It was left out of 6.0 by accident. You can download it here or upgrade to 6.0.2 by going here. Besides the missing Library Manager, 6.0.2 fixes several bugs.
