Buenos dias,

En un programa ejecutable de LabView, puedo hacer llamadas a vi's, sin tener que abrir el codigo fuente (ejecutable), depositar los vi's en un directorio y llamarlos con el programa ejecutable?

Creo que lo que quieres es llamar un VI dinamicamente desde un ejecutable.  Los enlaces arriba tienen mas informacion sobre este concepto.
