V8.2.1 Compiled Code cannot find NIAALPro.lvlib components

I am running LabVIEW V8.2.1 on my main computer.  Works fine.  When I create an executable using the APP Builder (same version) and try it on my test machine, it gives an error as shown.  I tried to install  "LabVIEW_8.2_Runtime_Engine.exe" (93.75Mb) per another discussion thread but was told by the NI installer that the version on my test system is newer and cannot be overwritten.  How do I remove the "latest" run-time engine so that I can load one that works, i.e. one that has the full NIAALPro.lvlib installed.
