Using the error routines with custom errors...

How do I cause the error handlers to recognize a custom error? I used
this page

to create custom error codes but now how do I raise one while a VI is
running?

Hi Dave,

All you need to do is wire an error cluster with a 'status' of True and one of your custom error codes as the 'code' into the General Error Handler VI, and it should pop up an error dialog with your custom error specified.
