Using a 3-State Switch in LabView 8.6

I got one example of "3 State Switch" but it is made in LabView 5.1 

I have trail version of LabView 8.6

I am not able to open example

Help me.

Please find attached the file you were looking at upgraded to LabVIEW 7.1, this should open in 8.6 fine.
