Using Two Lecroy HDO9204 Error 1073807360

I'm trying to use two LeCroy HDO9204 in a labview program. 

I have installed the drivers and it all works fine for a couple of minutes until the "Wait for Acquisition to Complete" vi spits out an error. It looks like it can no longer communicate with one of the scopes while the other stays fine. 

The error is 1073807360 which from my searching is a visa communication problem. I believe the visa communication VIs are crossing paths and somehow one of the scopes manages to lose communication?
