Is it possible to import more than 100 samples using the Simulate Arbitrary Signal express VI? when i try to "load data" in the define signal screen it only imports 100 rows

I had no problems importing an LVM file with 1000 samples.

Can you post the file you are trying to import?

How did you create this file?

 

One thing I see is that in your header information, it says Samples, 100 but it looks like you have actually  38,100 samples in your file.

i used the express vi "Write To Measurement File" with the setting below

Are you reading 100 samples at a time and putting them into a single file?

 

Somehow you had 100 samples written to the file at the moment the header was created, but another 38,000 samples added after that.  If you change the 100 to 38100 in the header of that text file, you'll see all your points added.

By the way, did you have any issues with the dialog boxes for importing the data acting way too slow?  While experimenting with LV to try to duplicate your situation, I came across very slow and delayed behavior on the dialog boxes.  I start a new thread about it here.
