Using Dual Processor PC w/Windows XP

I have Labview 7.1 on a PC with dual Intel 3.0GHz Pentium processors running Windows XP. My question is: Is Labview making use of both processors? Is there setup that I have to do in either Windows or Labview to optimize cpu utilization?
