Urgent help needed: NI_Database_API.lvlib

I have built a standalone executable. This uses the NI_Database_API.lvlib so I have included it in the depenencies. Unfortunately, it appears locked. So, I cannot run the executable (with Labview runtime and NI VISA Runtime). It runs after installing the Labview development system on the machine. How do I unlock this? Thank you.

Does your VI work in Development Mode?  Can you attach the VI and an example data file so we can help you find the source of your problem?  [I'm not very good at guessing when blindfolded ...].  Be sure to attach the VI!
