Update Audio Devices while program is running

After we have found an assumed solution there followed a long discussion and troubleshooting, because the VIs were running very unstable at my computer. This means at one time they find all audio devices and when plugging and replugging them the VIs don't show any reaction.

Therefore a second solution: Use the windows-dll "winmm.dll".

In the attachment there is a VI, which shows the number of Audiodevices, identified with the winmm.dll.
