Unsupported Item

I'm having problems when I try to select my PXIe-7965R for an FPGA target.  I was recently using a bunch of trial software and it all expired, but I have LabVIEW FPGA installed as well as the application builder and the full development system.  When I open up the Measurement & Automation Explorer, it recognizes the FPGA target and states that it's running fine, so the problem isn't with the hardware.  What additional software do I need to talk to this device?  I was under the impression that LabVIEW FPGA would give me the ability to work with NI FPGAs.
