Uninstalling LabVIEW RTE 7.1.1

I'm trying to 'clean' a computer to install the new versions of NI Software and I'm getting the following error...

any suggestions???

Well I actually tried that before, that's how I got two LV 7.1.1 RTE which I can not uninstall.

It's a WinXPSP2 PC, I have no other NI Software Installed...

This seems like an issue that may require some assistance that is more complicated than can be handled on a discussion forum.  I would recommend contacting an Applications Engineer directly by going to www.ni.com/ask and submitting an e-mail support request.
