Hi there,
I have the following installed onto my machine (Windows 7 32-bit)
1) LabVIEW 2010 SP1
2) NI-DAQmx 9.1.5
I have also a PCI-6221 and 6514 installed.
System was working fine for few days then i encountered Error Message in MAX(see image 1).
I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 7 and LabVIEW 2010. Now im facing two errors for MAX. First one appears(see image 2) when i open MAX and the secound one(see image 3) appeare when i try to open the global tasks. I'm unable to open the Global Task in MAX.

I guess there is not so much to do... I would suggest you to follow the advices here, and try to contact NI techsupport...

LabVIEW 2010 SP1 comes with the Feb 2011 Device Drivers, which includes NI-DAQmx 9.2.3. Given that you have a strange, mysterious error that hasn't been fixed by a "First, format the hard drive" repair, you might consider using the updated DAQmx with the updated SP1 release of LabVIEW.
Any particular reason to install Window 7 32-bit instead of 64-bit Windows 7? [You, of course, should probably install the 32-bit version of LabVIEW in both cases ...].
