Unable to select cloud compile service

I am trying to compile using the Cloud Compile Service, but when I click run it no longer gives me the option to chose how to compile it so I cant switch it from compiling locally to compiling on the cloud. If anyone could help me find the setting that lets me change over to the cloud compile service that would be great.

Go to "Tools" menu, select "Options" and then select "FPGA Module". There you can reset it.
