Unable to see the Elvismx palette

I have installed LabVIEW 2017 student version. But for my project, I need to connect the output from a PID to a Variable Power Supply in Labview. But I am unable to locate the control in any palette and there is no Elvismx control under Measurement I/O.

Did you install Elvis software? I'd say LabVIEW student edition and Elvis are two different peaches of software.

I did install NIElvis 1700. But I was still unable to see the icons. It only installed NI Elvis apps but is not reflected in LabVIEW under Measurement I/O as icons. I have attached a screenshot where you can see the installed apps under Programs.
