The Labview Code Runs Fine 

I'm Able To Create A .exe File

But The Problem Is When I Open The File It Shows The FileName In The TaskBar For Like About 3Seconds And Then Closes...

This Is In The Development Computer,But It Works Fine The In Other Computer Using The Run Time Application

It looks like you've badly changed something in Labview settings I need more details to answer your qestion.

1. Are you running your EXE file on the same computer where you have Labview installed?

2. For the simple 1+1 example could you attach all files you've got in your build folder and project files as well?

Your EXE works absolutelly fine to me.

That points to the problem with your run-time engine installation.
