USB3 camera connectivity

I have a Basler USB3 camera attached to a PC. I can see the camera in NI Max but if I click on it nothing happens. There is no window that allows me to capture images or change settings. If I connect the same camera to my laptop then there is no issue. The configuration window appears and I can snap/ grab to my hearts content. Does anyone know what's going on here?

By any chance, did you encounter Missing the "Driver" Option for USB3 Vision Cameras in NI MAX on Windows 11?
