I am using a Hokuyo URG 04LX LIDAR sensor on the Starter Kit 1.0 with labview robotics 2010. I not allowed to upgrade the SCIP for the sensor from 1.1 to 2.0. Anyone has the instrument driver for the SCIP1.1. Or does anyone know how to temporarily change the SCIP mode from 1.1 to 2.0 using labview. I would appreciate any help, this is my MSc. project.

Have you tried the Hokuyo website for the driver? Or maybe get in touch with them to see if they can provide you with the driver.

The Initialize VI has an input to specificy whether you want to use the 1.1 or 2.0 protocol.
