UL for Labview 7.1

I am trying to use PCI-DIO48H card to control something by using LAB View 7.1. I've installed all C.D. have been asked during the installetion. Now for DAQ I need universal library (UL) for labview 7.1. Can any one quide me please where can I get this library from?
