UI control suite: Metallic theme

Hello everyone,

I used a gauge from Metallic theme in my application, it worked fine on my development environment,

but I installed the builded setup.exe file, it didn't appear.

Is there any additional installers I must add in my builder?

Metallic theme wasn't fully tested and it might give this kind of errors when is build exe

I rebuild again, and reinstall.

All was OK!
