UDP Open won't open broadcast port in LV10

I recently updated from LV8.6 to LV10 on a windows XP machine. The UDP broadcast port (xxx.xxx.xxx.255) no longer opens. Is there an extra setting that needs to be set for LV10?

There shouldn't be any extra settings. Try deleting the block and replacing it on the BD. You can also try running a simple example like this one: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-16654
