Type mismatch error in excel read.vi

I am having a simple issue in one of the sub vi's in the attached program. It seems to be in the variant to data process.

I get a type mismatch error. I am sure there is a simple explanation, I just can't seem to figure it out.

I  have attached a simple excel file that I have tried to read.

You forget to add, all of the subVIs, which constitutes the main VI that you had attached.

There are many other components (VIs & .ctl) are still missing, find the attached list of the same (Missing VIs OR ctls.doc),

Anyways attached is an example VI, that I use to read excel files, you may want to try that.

I downloaded these VI' from here as a toolkit. Almost all of the VI's run execpt the "read" VI's
