Two signal pulse

Hi,

I have two pulses which are dephased of 90degres.

To know if my motor is turning clockwise or counter clockwise, I have to know if the second signal is to "1" or to "0" when the first signal is going from "0" to "1".

May I know which block I could use in Labview to do this?

Hi,

the subject of this thread is not the same as the others.

The only similarity is that there is two pulses.

I thought it was wiser to separate the threads instead of having one big thread with three conversations. Everybody would have been confused.

 Hello Alexander,

 This is a quadrature encoder application. Please take a look at this document:
 
 What DAQ device are you using?

The X1 Encoder is supported by most of our devices with counters, X1 will increment counter on rising edge of A when A leads B, decrement on falling edge of A when B leads A.
