I am trying to trigger a laser based on the output from the chopper and camera strobe output.
Environment :
I have a laser with a repetition rate of 400KHz, I want to control when the laser shoots a pulse output using a electro-optic modulator / shutter.
I have a chopper rotating at few hundred Hz. The output of the chopper must be used to trigger the camera, both when its about to open and when it is about to close [Triggered during the rising and falling signal of the chopper] - I am using a M series DAQ, how can send a trigger signal to the camera without using change state detection in my DAQ [PCIe 6251].
Once my camera is triggered, it sends verse output, I want to sent a trigger pulse to the laser [2 pulse with low time of 1 ms and high time of 24ms between them (active low)], This trigger pulse must be in sync with the laser osc / sync pulse. How can I make it as a re-triggerable counter that sends pulse when the strobe output is high and the laser sync output is high? \
digital pattern triggering is not supported by the DAQ [PCIe-6251]
I am attaching the rough design and timing diagram for reference.
Thanks in Advance
