Tree - show edit text box programmatically

I have a Tree control and I populate the items programmatically. Upon specific Events, I want to prompt user to edit a cell text. If i click on the cell two time slowly, a Kind of text box appears. The same I want to do programmatically, without clicking anything on the tree. Is it possible?

Yes, it can be done.  Use the property nodes "Key Focus" and "Edit Position".  See here:
