Toolkits required for programming and FPGA via labview.

Can any one let me know what are the required NI toolkits for programming an FPGA (Kintex 7 and the FPGA in NI USRP 2944R) via Labview along with the product details?

I have installed LABVIEW 2017 FPGA module and Xilinx compilation tool 14.7, but when I connect my USRP 2944R through JTAG cable I  cannot find the option called "New device and target". So how to know whether the installation of the above two modules mentioned is installed properly or not?

Have I missed something?

It sounds like maybe you missed the USRP driver (that I see on reflection Terry already posted).

The Getting Started guide also looks fairly promising (although it passes the responsibility for "required environment tools" to the "manual", which I can't find...)
