How can I get a better fixed time interval than the time and dialog tools?
I need a precised 5ms interval

I don't think that a precise software interval of 5ms is possible with a standard operating system. What are you doing that you need this?

With Windows interrupting everything you are never guaranteed a consistent 5.00000 ms interval...
