Time stamp on video

Is it possible to put a time/date stamp on video capture when saving to file?

I am using the VI below to save video captured to a file, Is there any way i can time/date the video on it like some cameras do? or is it a case of buying a camera which has this feature in built?

Many Thanks

Kitty

Randall,

A number of VIs are missing from your link... any chance you can attach them?

Thanks!

Hi

I used this VI for my own recording. The time stamp is shown during the recording but not on the saved video file. Would you please let me know where the problem is??? Here I attach the exact VI I'm using

Thank

Farid

I left out a VI in my example.  You must have the Merge Overlay VI in path before saving the image as an AVI.  Sorry for the oversight.
