The USB-TC have a throughput rate of 2 samples/sec (http://www.mccdaq.com/PDFs/specs/USB-TC-spec.pdf - page 2).  You will be able to read all the thermocouples ten times/sec but the values will not be refreshed at the same rate.

I don't think it is possible to extract the exact time from a waveform chart (only t0 and delta t, but maybe I am wrong). You could try something like this (LV86):
