Temperature programmed desorption

Hi,

Does anyone have any experiences with temperature programmed desorption
spectra taken with Labview?

Any help would be appreciated

What kind of problem do you have? I have not carried out exactly what
you want, but I cannot see any obstacles on the way.

Best wishes.

I am also looking for Temperature programmed desorption software written in lab view.

Madhu,

Could you please expand upon your application.  LabVIEW likely does not have built-in VIs for temperature desorption, but it should provide the tools for you to write your own.

Hi Mark,
I am using RGA100 from stanford Research System which gives me partial pressure of the desorbing gases. For temperature controller  I am thinking of using waltow eries 96 controller. For my temperature programmed desorption I need partial pressure, time and temperature as output and temperature should increase linearly with time.
Is it possible to use labview to achieve this task?

I believe you can use both of those instruments and control them using LabVIEW.  Please let me know if these drivers will work for you application.

Stanford Research PPM100

I'm not completely sure which driver will work for the second instrument but here are all the avaliable drivers from that vendor.
Watlow Drivers

All of these drivers are avaliable on our website and are searchable by selecting Browse Drivers »

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply. Do I have to buy PPM100 from Stanford Research System to use the driver that you referred me to use  or I can use this diver for RGA100.

Thanks

Madhu

I am not sure.  I would recommend downloading the drivers and see if they will work with your instrument.
