TI to IEEE

I have a 2D matrix (U32) that is in TI (Texas Instruments) DSP format for storing numbers. I need to convert it into IEEE. Does anyone know how to?

Since you got no answer, I'll try to give you some hint here :
The IEEE and TI float32 formats are described here:
http://www.utdallas.edu/~cantrell/ee6481/lectures/floating_data_rep.pdf
and a simple vi (from NI) demonstrating the coding of IEEE is attached.
I don't have too much time now to develop an operational solution, but may be this will help you.
